Without making any personal opinions I discussed rationale published by the US Justice Departments on the decision hold civilian criminal tials in certain areas in the USA, and to house Detainees in Chicago. Civlilian Criminal trials as opposed to Military Commissions, affords greater contisitutional protections to the Five Guantanamo Bay detainees with alleged ties to the 9/11 conspiracy, including accused mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, will be transferred to NY to go on trial in civilian court, per Attorney General Eric Holder.
