Shooting Suspect Maurice Clemmons was out on bail pending charges fo child rape when he gunned down four officers in a Lakewook Coffee Shop. Maurice Clemmons was freed by Governor Mike Huckabee of Arkansas despite his lenghty violent criminal record. Pierce County sheriff's spokesman Ed Troyer says Maurice Clemmons was shot and killed early Tuesday in a Seattle neighborhood.
